Research Interest
Direct numerical simulation of turbulent flows; physics and Control of turbulent flows; scientific computing and numerical methods for turbulent flows; development of actuators and electrodynamic systems for flow control.

If you are a graduate or undergraduate student and find any of my research project interesting, please contact me. Actually I have open experimental (EXP), numerical (NUM) and theoretical (THE) projects for master theses:
 (EXP) development and characterisation of plasma actuators for active control of turbulent flows
 (NUM) development and validation of an immersed boundary method for turbulent flows above heterogeneously rough surfaces
 (NUM/THE) production, transport and dissipation of Reynolds stresses in turbulent flow at high values of Reynolds number
